F&C offered sales support during the Belgian launch of Kusmi at Delhaize.
Objectives had three levels : distribution check, increase knowledge of category owner and organize push orders through a specific promotional mechanism introduced and organized by Field & Concept
Working towards a perfect shelf representation, our sales team implemented their sales skills to acknowledge the USP for Delhaize when adding the product on the shelf.
Results were impressive with a 90% confirmed distribution rate and a high level of second placement orders.
